Friends of Minidoka and National Park Service staff host annual volunteer days prior to the opening of the Visitor Center each May to help prepare Minidoka National Historic Site for Opening Day! Volunteers clean, polish, sweep, and rake to the get the site looking great and visitor-ready.

We also held a special volunteer day with volunteers from Clearwater Analytics and Boise Cascade worked alongside summer interns to replant around the replica Military Honor Roll and Visitor Center.

We are so grateful to volunteers for their hard work!

The grounds of Minidoka NHS are open year-around. The visitor center is open May - September. For more information, visit nps.gov/miin.
