The late Dr. Robert Sims was the foremost authority on Japanese American history in Idaho. His sincere interest in the injustices surrounding the incarceration of citizens of Japanese ancestry educated many of us of our own history when our Issei and Nisei ancestors were hesitant to talk about this period. This compilation of articles and abstracts was a team effort led by Betty Sims with editorial expertise by Susan Stacy and assists from Neil King, Cheryl Oestreicher, Sarah Sims, and Hanako Wakatsuki.
